Private by default. Your collection, values, and documents are yours.
Account details (email, and an Archive you control), the collection data you add (items you Want / Own / Sold, notes, photos, and — if you choose to enter them — purchase details and documents), and basic usage analytics to improve the product.
Your saved items, purchase prices, sale prices, serial numbers, private notes, and Rove Vault™ documents are private unless you explicitly change an item’s visibility. Privacy is enforced at the database level (row-level security), not just in the interface. Financial and ownership details are never exposed on public pages.
Only what you choose: a public Archive, and items or rooms you mark public — and even then only non-sensitive fields (the item and your public note), never prices, serials, or documents.
We record lightweight product events (e.g., which pages are viewed, when an item is saved) to understand and improve the Service. These events avoid personal or financial data.
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database/auth and media storage). We use reputable providers and do not sell your personal data.
You can access, edit, or export your collection, and you can delete your account at any time from settings. Deleting your account removes your private collection data.
