Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ROVE™ (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ROVE™ is a platform for organizing, identifying, and preserving collectible items.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may delete your account at any time from your settings; deletion removes your private collection data.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add (photos, notes, collection records). You grant ROVE™ a limited license to store and display your content as needed to operate the Service and only according to the visibility settings you choose. Private and financial data is never shown publicly.

4. Reference data (Rove Data™)

Public reference records (Rove Index™) are compiled from multiple sources and provided for informational purposes. Specifications, prices, and market data may be estimated or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, or authentication advice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security or access others’ private data, no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and no automated abuse of identification or upload features.

6. Intellectual property & takedowns

Brand names and marks belong to their respective owners. If you believe content on ROVE™ infringes your rights, contact us at the address below with the material at issue and your contact information, and we will review and act appropriately.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ROVE™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on reference or market data.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
